We realize an average of 100 tanks per year.

Every project is important to us. Due to the number of unique orders, we have decided not to publish our projects for competitive reasons. We will be happy to present our references to you at a personal meeting.

WWTP Tank in the Netherlands

In July 2017 the installation of a tank for the collection of contaminated water was completed.

The tank is designed to install a PVC roof that was supplied by the customer and installed by Kohimex. The volume of the tank is 1 427 m3.

Sludge tank in the Netherlands

In July 2017 we completed the construction of tanks for sludge with a large pH range.

The tank has an internal tunnel screwed from steel sheets for access to the pipeline collecting sludge in the middle of the tank. The top of the tank is equipped with an overflow trap. The volume of the tank is 472 m3.

WWTP Tank in Belgium

In July 2017, the installation of a large water purification tank with a pH range of 2-12 in Belgium was completed. The volume of the tank is 1512 m3.

Set of tanks for WWTP in the Netherlands

In June 2017 we completed the construction of three tanks for processing and bio purification of water, including spiral staircase and service catwalks. The volumes of tanks are 392 m3 and 2 x 262 m3.

In August 2017, the installation of a tank for the treatment of contaminated water and sludge treatment with an inclined steel screwed bottom suspended on the shell, including service catwalks, was completed. The volume of the tank is 470 m3.

Water purification tank in dairy in Russia

In September 2017, the installation of a tank for the treatment of polluted water from a milk processing plant was completed.

The tank was supplied with insulation and its volume is 176 m3. Resistance of the tank to pH range 2-12.

Fire fighting tank in Hungary

In July 2017, we completed the construction of fire fighting tank for VGP Park Biatorbágy in Hungary.

The tank KKL 11-8 R has a useable volume of 475 m3 and is FM approved for seismicity 250 years.

Fire fighting tanks for Škoda Auto

In August 2017, we completed the construction of two fire fighting tanks for Auto Škoda, Mladá Boleslav.

Tank KKL 14 – 11,5 R with useable volume of 1 140 m3 is designed according to VdS. The thermal insulation will be installed after the leakage test.

Kohimex at PYROS 2017 in Brno

From May 31 to June 3, 2017, we took part in the International Fire Fighting Equipment and Services Fair PYROS in Brno, Czech Republic. Our stand visited many of our clients and we were pleased with the interest of the professionals and general public.

Atypical fire water tank in Prague

In March 2017, we completed the installation of an atypical fire water tank in Prague. The tank in the historic department store building had to be placed in the basement for spatial reasons and copied the shape of the space. Its total volume is 162 m3.

Fire Fighting Tanks for Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant

In December 2016 we have completed the construction works of two firefighting tanks for the New Safe Confinement (hereafter - NSC) firefighting systems at Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.

We were a Subcontractor of NOVARKA, a Joint Venture composed by two French companies - VINCI Construction Grands Projets S.A.S. and Bouygues Travaux Publics S.A.

 

The two firefighting tanks with the total volume of 1 648 m3 each (usable volume of 1 530 m3 each) are FM approved. The tanks have been erected in the demanding conditions within the framework of the construction of the world’s largest land-based movable structure.

 

The NSC Project provides a controlled and weatherproof environment where the existing contaminated structures and radioactive materials of the destroyed nuclear reactor could be safely held and processed during next 100 years.

Fire fighting tank in Saudi Arabia

In December 2016, we delivered a fire fighting tank for a client from the petrochemical industry in Saudi Arabia.

Tank with a total volume of 1,645 m3 has a net volume of 1,500 m3.

Sprinkler tanks for Mölnlycke

In December 2016, we completed the construction of two sprinkler tanks for Mölnlycke in Havířov-Dolní Suchá.

Each of the two tanks KKL 11-5,5 R has a useable volume of 326 m3.

Aerobic tank in Slovenia

In December 2016, we completed the installation of aerobic tank for paper group in Slovenia.

The tank is used for storage of biological sludge from the paper industry and its volume is 300 m3.
